We designed and lead the Leadership Academy for the AICPA (now in our 4th year) and custom Leadership Academies for UACPA, MACPA, and LCPA.
We designed and led the Future Forums for the AICPA's CPA Horizons 2025 Project, facilitating conversations about the future of the CPA Profession with over 1,000 CPAs in thirty forums (See video interviews here and the Top Trends to Watch here).
We worked with the Top 100 CPAs firms and the AICPA to facilitate a strategic plan for the Major Firms Group and work with many corporations and firms on strategic planning.
